Matt exploded onto
the Asian television market with an appearance on the Japanese
TV favorite, “The World’s Astonishing News,”
portraying real-life serial killer David Meirhoffer and in
India as one of the stars of a new daytime serial, “Toorpu/Padamara”
(East / West) playing Robert, a charming American suitor of
a traditional Indian girl.
Matt’s
favorite stage credits include Orin Dennis in “Children
of a Lesser God,” Second Lieutenant Ralph Clarke in
“Our Country’s Good,” and most notably as
Romeo in The San Francisco Shakespeare Festival Tour of “Romeo
& Juliet.” Matt
attended NYU and studied Meisner technique with Vicki Hart
where he obtained his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree.
Currently residing in San Francisco and represented by Mary
Tonry of Tonry Talent, Matt plans to move to Los Angeles.
